Steps:
- From the VSM Landing Page, select 'Report & Analytics'
- Select 'Analytics Designer'
- Select the category 'CCSS' and the desired report model
- Select your Billing Period and click on 'Apply'
- This will extract the data for that report and allow you to start customizing it using the various options available.
- Once you are happy you can export your data and save your custom report as well for when you need it next time
