What is a URL Report?

A URL Report is a feature that generates a high-level report based on subscriber's website visits. Below are the benefits of activating URL Reporting within your organization.

1. From the landing page, hover over 'Explore' at the top of the menu.

2. Under 'Connectivity' click on 'Subscribers'.


3. Use the 'Search bar' and type the 'MSISDN' or ‘Number’ you want to generate a URL Report on.


4. Click on the red drop-down arrow and then click 'View Mobile'. 


5. Click 'View URL Usage' on the menu panel. Please note that you can customize the report timeline.

 

6. Scroll down to view the Top 10 'URL Usage Breakdown'. You can hover over each application/service to view the usage costs.


7. To pull a report on the Usage Breakdown, click the drop-down arrow on 'View Reports'. Then click on 'URL Usage Report'. 

 
8. Fill in the required information and then click on 'Request Report'.
