• Soft Lock can be done manually, or automatically by enabling Tier 3 under auto escalations setting and by setting limits in Mobility Profiles
  • It will prevent all outgoing usage on the device even if only one of the limits is reached i.e. voice or data or messages
  • Soft Lock is dependent on multiple systems and it can take up to 24 hours to add or remove a lock
  • Soft Lock is not real-time and, when activated, will only take effect once an active call/data session ends
