How to clear the following error 'No limits found at the network' on a line?

Answer: 


  1. From the VSM Landing page, click on 'Explore' then on 'Subscriber'
  2. Search for the MSISDN in question
  3. On the far left-hand side of the page, click on the small box before the number
  4. The whole user’s profile will be highlighted in blue, and a 'Change Mobility Profile' icon will appear below the 'Matching subscribers' heading 
  5. Click on the 'Change Mobility Profile' drop-down and select the current Mobile Profile the MSISDN in under


This will allow the line to refresh the limits and clear the error
