Ensure that the tier is enabled to automatically escalate subscribers who have exceeded their allocation threshold.
- Proceed to set up the 'Escalation Action' and adjust the settings for the 'Threshold' bar as your business preference.3. If Tier 3 is active, scroll down to 'Notification Settings' and enable 'Manager Notification' for escalation alerts to managers.
- This will enable notifications globally on the portal. However, the notifications can still be disabled per mobility profile.4. To complete this process, scroll down to the end of the page and click ‘Save Settings’.
