How to view your Voice | Data and Message Exceptions


  • From the VSM Landing Page, click on ‘Manage Spend’ then on ‘Exceptions’
  • Select the specific bearer (Voice| Data| Message) that you would like to view 
  • Select how you would like your Usage to be displayed
  • Total vs Package: Provides an easier view based on over & under usage which can assist in identifying if users are on   the correct Packages
  • Total vs Mobility: Provides an easier view based on over & under usage which can assist in identifying if users are on the correct Mobility Profile


On the Usage Exceptions screen, you can


  • View the Usage Exceptions graph, which shows the Subscribers that fall under different Usage Exception Categories
  • Click on any of the Exception Columns to view the list of users that fall into that Usage Category
  • From the Subscribers list, click through to the user details and explore the subscriptions, bundles, and VAS, as well as get a detailed report on Voice, Data, and Messaging Usage
  • You will also have the exception report available (Comparative Usage Summary) for easy analytical purposes
