- From the Landing Page of VSM, click on 'Mobility Profiles'
- Click on 'Add New'
- Provide a unique name for the 'Mobility Profile'
- Turn 'ON' the 'Notification' to enable all users in the 'Mobility Profile' to receive notifications
- Turn 'ON' the 'Auto Escalations', the 'Auto Escalation Notifications', and the 'Manual Escalations Notifications'
- Set up 'Acceptable Usage and Allowed Services'
- Click on 'Save Setting'
