Advantages:
- Allows you to manage and view trends more effectively
- It provides you the ability to view disallowed traffic and services (as per your 'Mobility Profile' setting)
- It also gives you a one-page view of who has high and excessive usage (as per the escalation threshold)
How to view your Escalation Reports
- From the Landing Page of Vodacom Spend Manager, select 'Report'
- You can refine your search by deciding if you want a summary report or a detailed report
- Click on 'Escaltions'
- This will take you to a pop-up page. Complete all the information required
- Once done, click on 'Request Report'
