Vodacom Spend Manager does not restrict the User from accessing Content Services, however, when the Disallowed Traffic & Services Tier is enabled under Auto Escalations Settings, it will trigger an escalation when User's access Content Services and escalation alert will be sent to the Manager and User.
If you wish to permanently block Content Services, please liaise with your Vodacom Account Representative to block them directly.
