Below is a step-by-step guide to changing user access from either a subscriber to a manager role or vice versa.

1. From the Landing page, click on ‘People & Organization’ module.

2. At the top of the page, you will see a variety of filters. Click on the ‘Invite status’ filter and then select ‘Invited (Accepted)’.
3. Thereafter, click ‘Apply’. The list of users will adjust accordingly. 

4. Select all the ‘Users’ you wish to change their access, by clicking on the box situated on the left side of the users’ details.
5. Above the list, you will see a ‘Bulk Actions’ tab. Click on the tab to apply. 

6. From the list of actions, click ‘Change Access’. 

7. A pop-up window will appear, requesting you to specify the ‘role’ you wish to assign to users for their access change.

8. Should you wish to ‘customize’ the users’ access rights; a list of modules will appear for you to enable or disable. 
9. Once compete, click ‘Change Access’, whereby you will notice the user's role status would have updated.
