1. From the Landing page, click on the ‘Spend Manager’ module.
2. On the landing page, use the ‘search field bar’ to look for the ‘MSISDN’ you wish to get information on.
3. The MSISDN profile will appear. Expand the ‘Actions’ menu by clicking on the drop-down arrow.
4. Then click ‘Refresh Subscriber Details’ from the menu options.
5. A pop-up window will appear. Click ‘OK’ to confirm the action.
6. Scroll down to view the latest information for the MSISDN, including 12-month usage, bundles, value-added services, and subscriber details.
You will also have access to Device Information, which includes details such as the SIM number, IMEI number, PUK unlock code, and PIN code.
