Spend Manager enables users to track inactive subscriber lines over the past 30 days.
Below you will find an instruction guide on how to track the lines.
1. At the top of the landing page, you will see a menu panel, click on the 'Manage Spend' tab.
2. As the tab expands click on 'Optimize' and then click on ‘No Usage’.
3. At the top of the page, you will see a ‘Package Type’ filter. Choose the package you would like to track lines on.
4. Next you will see a ‘Contract Expiry’ filter. Click to filter the results accordingly.
5. The tiles will adjust, click on a ‘tile’ to view subscriber lines in detail.
