Below is a step-by-step guide on how to reset a user's password.1. From the Landing page, click on ‘People & Organization’ module.2. At the top of the page, you will see filters. Click on the ‘Invite status’ filter and then select ‘Invited (Accepted/Not Accepted)’.
3. Thereafter, click ‘Apply’. The list of users will adjust accordingly.4. Select all the ‘Users’ who require a password reset, by clicking on the box situated on the left side of the users’ details.
5. Above the list, you will see a ‘Bulk Actions’ tab. Click on the tab to apply.6. From the list of actions, click ‘Reset Password'.7. A pop-up window will appear, asking you to confirm sending a password reset email to the selected users. Click 'Send' to proceed.
8. An email will be sent to all the selected users with a link to creating a ‘New Password’.
